Engineer – MEP (Acting Project Execution Lead – PMC)
- Reviewing MEP design and site execution against approved CAD drawings and BOQ, validating electrical, fire alarm, and CCTV/IT scope before and during installation.
- Acting as Project Execution Lead (PMC) for MEP activities on a live warehouse expansion and cold-room erection project for Flipkart.
- Leading electrical expansion, FAPA expansion, and CCTV/IT infrastructure integration for newly erected cold rooms and racking systems.
- Coordinating 7+ vendors and EPC contractors to complete works without disrupting warehouse operations.
- Supporting commissioning, documentation, and client handover as the primary coordinator between vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders.
